COLUMBUS – Spurred by a stellar final-round performance from Preston Pelham, the LaGrange High golf team posted a team score of 321 on Saturday in the Hardaway Invitational at Bull Creek Golf Club.

The Grangers also shot a 321 in the first round on Friday, with Hudson Graham leading the way that day with a 73.

LaGrange finished 10th in the 25-team field.

Pelham, who shot a 79 in the first round, was four shots better on Saturday with a 75, and he finished with a two-day total of 154.

Hudson Graham, who opened with a season-best 73 on Friday, closed with an 81, and he also shot a 154.

John Crawford had rounds of 85 and 80 to finish at 165, and TJ Ormsby was consistent with rounds of 84 and 85 to post a two-day score of 169.

Juston Edmondson finished at 193 with rounds of 97 and 96.
