Marie Michelle Johnson Mock,  50, of LaGrange passed away Saturday at Hospice LaGrange.

Michelle was born  July 27, 1966 in LaGrange the daughter of the late Kenneth L. and Juanita Ford Johnson.

She had lived LaGrange all of her life and was a 1984 graduate of LaGrange High School and member of Callaway Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents  Roy (Cebo) & Louise Ford and paternal grandparents Marie Blankenship Pippin & Emory Bryant Pippin, Sr.

She was a Great Mother, Friend and never met a stranger.

Brother: Michael Todd Johnson

Her Nieces: Shelby & Maggie Johnson

Aunts: “Miss Bobbie” Frailey and Lynn (Steve) Rooks

Uncles: Mike (Charlotte) Ford and Tony Pippin

Cousins: Bryant Pippin, Ashley (Token) Conaway, Shane (Kelly) Frailey (Troup County Tax Commissioner), Shannon Frailey, Micheal (Crystal) Frailey, Andy (Brittany) Ford and Marty (Robin) Cofield

The Gathering of Family & Friends will be held at 2 p.m. Monday

From the Callaway Baptist Church with the Reverend Brad Thompson and Pastor Brandon Brooks officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the church from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

The family gives its deepest appreciation to the wonderful staff of Florence Hand Home during her rehabilitation from a fall while at Warm Springs Rehab.

Finally, the staff at Wellstar West Georgia Hospice for the excellent care during the last days of her life here on earth. Forever the family will be grateful for her caregivers.
