Cody Chane Carson, 35, of West Point, GA passed away Sunday, August 13, 2017.

Cody was born August 29, 1981, in LaGrange, GA and was self-employed as a carpenter.

Surviving family members are his children, Kelise Carson and Cody Camron Carson; mother, Terry (Russell) Bishop; father, Chris Carson (Rhonda Griffin); sister, Chelsey (Benjamin) Reed; brother, Christopher Carson; uncle, Brian (Meredith) Stone; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members.

A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, August 17, 2017, at Davidson Baptist Church, 2921 GA Hwy 18, West Point, GA 31833. The gathering of family and friends will be at the church following the memorial service.
