The Troup Lady Tigers will be making two trips to Fayette County this week.

On Tuesday, Troup traveled to Chapel Hill for a Region 5-AAAA showdown.

Troup was trailing 7-5 in the top of the fourth inning when it began raining.

The game was eventually rained out, and the two teams will start over on Thursday, with Chapel Hill once again hosting.

Troup fell behind 7-0 on Tuesday, but it rallied to get within two when the game was halted.

Troup and Chapel Hill are tied for second place in the region at 3-2.

In the first meeting between the two teams, Troup won 9-4.
