Those who liked Monday’s cool temperatures are in for a repeat performance as true fall weather finally arrives in West Georgia.
After highs in the upper 80s last week, a cold front moved through the area before dawn Monday, bringing about 0.4 inches of rain and dropping temperatures behind it. Wednesday’s high should again be in the lower 70s, then drop to the mid-40s.
A warming trend begins Thursday through Saturday, with highs in the upper 70s. Lows should be near 50 Thursday and Friday night, and 60 Saturday.
Normal extremes for this time of year in LaGrange are 73 and 48.
