Mrs. Bonnie Faye Cavender Koone, age 75, of LaGrange, passed away on Nov. 20, 2017, at the WellStar West Georgia Hospice.  Mrs. Koone was born on June 27, 1942, in LaGrange to the late Sam Cavender and Nell Traylor Cavender. She worked for many years as a Medical Technician for West Georgia Medical Center.  Her husband, Mr. Jackie Lee Koone survives her.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2017, at 1 p.m. at the Higgins LaGrange Chapel.  Interment will follow at the Shadowlawn Cemetery.  Family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.  On line condolences may be sent to the family at www.higginsfuneralhomes.  Higgins LaGrange Chapel Funeral Home, 706-884-7117.
