Are you never in down time mode? It’s a funny thing, I have been out of town several days and just checked in with my people a couple of times a day. You know, the world did not come to an end. Everything worked out just great without me.

I think we all think we are more important than we are and the older I get, the more I find out that life goes on without me micro-managing every detail.

You say, “I do not have a staff.” Do you have kids? Do you have a spouse? Do you have friends?

Learn to trust them and they may do a better job than you could do. You may find out that your son or daughter would do nothing to destroy the trust a dad or mom has in them.

Trust is a really big deal and when people learn to trust it sometimes takes everything to the next level. I make a good living because people know I will do everything in my power to get it done right the first time. Learn to trust other people and life does get better, I promise! Try it, you will like it!
