LaGrange Mall announced today the launch of Color for a Cause, an event that raises funds and awareness in support of local organizations. The event will be held at the Mall on Thursday, March 8 from 5 p.m. 7 p.m. Organizations can visit wecolorforacause.com to register to participate in the upcoming event.

During the event, participating organizations are provided a mural and given two hours to color. Guest judges will select the most creative mural to win a prize donation and the murals will be uploaded to wecolorforacause.com for the community to vote for their favorite to be displayed in the Mall. Throughout the evening, shoppers can participate by showing their receipt to earn a point for a participating organization. Color for a Cause donates $1 for each point earned and the organization with the most points receives an additional prize donation.

“We are excited to be holding this fun event for the second year in a row. We want to use the Mall common areas for events that inspire shoppers, families and the community and Color for a Cause does just that. We want to invite all local organizations to participate and spread awareness of the great work they do in the LaGrange community,” said Coles Doyle, Marketing Director for Hull Property Group.

Color for a Cause is held at the LaGrange Mall at no cost to participating organizations. Registration is currently open and local organizations looking to sign up or learn more can visit wecolorforacause.com or email colorforacause@hullpg.com. Color for a Cause is also seeking partnerships from local businesses sponsors to help grow this community event.

Color for a Cause raises funds and awareness for local organizations during a fun night out at the Mall. Run by Hull Property Group, a retail real estate company specializing in enclosed shopping malls, Color for a Cause is a live mural coloring contest and shopping event. The event is hosted at no cost to participating organizations as a community based marketing initiative that brings people together in support of our area.
