Mary Lois Lovelace Williams

Lois Williams passed away Wednesday.
She was born July 12, 1926, in LaGrange, Georgia, to the late Isaac and Mattie Mary Hall Lovelace.
She was a faithful and dedicated member of Saint James C.M.E. Church.
She graduated from East Depot High School in 1944; her employment included a cook at Cannon Street Elementary School, a teacher aide with the Head Start Program and at Playtex International.
Survivors include two children: The Rev. and Mrs. Eddie Howard (Carolyn) Williams, Florence, Kentucky and Mrs. Karen Diane Jackson, Decatur, Georgia; one sister-in-law: Mrs. Annie Ruth Lovelace, Dayton, Ohio; grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and a lifetime of friends and loved ones.
The service will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Warren Temple; the family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
