According to a city of LaGrange press release, South Davis Road, formerly state Route 14, between Whitesville Road (State Route 219) and Hamilton Road (State Route 1/US 27) will be temporarily closed to through traffic beginning Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2018.

The closure will help facilitate construction of the intersection of Davis Road with Tom Hall Parkway.

Businesses located on this portion of Davis Road can be accessed via Whitesville Road.

Construction work on Tom Hall Parkway, also known as Pegasus Parkway Extension, will require continuing construction to the roadway.

Businesses in the area will be contacted by county crews.

City officials are asking motorists to use extra caution in work zones. Motorists are asked to slow down, stay alert, pay attention and obey all work zone and advisory signs.
