The LaGrange Academy Warriors pulled even with two runs in the top of the fifth inning, but Heritage reclaimed the lead with two runs in the bottom of the inning on the way to an 8-4 home victory on Tuesday.

Brent Kardoes had a hit and three RBIs for the Warriors, and Luke Swann had a double and an RBI.

Joseph Calhoun had a hit and two walks with a pair of runs scored, and Daniel Swann had a hit.

Mason Brown started for LaGrange and pitched 3 2/3 innings, and Riley Hess and Daniel Swann threw the final 2 1/3 innings.

LaGrange Academy (0-4) will be back on the road against Monsignor Donovan on Thursday.
