Mrs. Princess Ione White Bolt

Princess Ione White Bolt, 99, of LaGrange, Georgia passed away March 30, 2018, at WellStar West Georgia Hospice.
Mrs. Bolt was born Jan. 1, 1919, to the late Rev. John Loy White and Bertie Fowler White in Randolph County, Alabama. She worked at S.H. Kress for many years and retired from International Playtex with more than 30 years of service. She was a faithful member of Cathedral of Praise Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Linzie Ray Bolt; brother, Olen White and a sister Iveller Irwin.
She is survived by daughter, Wanda Jean (Cecil) Newbern of LaGrange, Georgia; son, Loy Ray Bolt of LaGrange, Georgia; grandchildren, Tommy (Sheryl) Newbern of LaGrange, Georgia; Dana (Brian) Lewis of Moultrie, Georgia; Jonathan Bolt of Columbus, Georgia; Avery (Melissa) Bolt of Anchorage, Alaska; Beth (Chris) Sabukosek of Valley, Alabama; Eddy (Tasha) Bolt of Medford, Oregon; great-grandchildren, Lindsey (Tim) Kirkland, Nicole(Jared) Petty, Joel Lewallen, Dakota Sabukosek, Bailey Bolt, Bryce Bolt, Nikolai Bolt and Hazel Bolt; great great grandchildren, Hutson Kirkland and Timmy Kirkland.
The celebration of life service will be Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at 2 p.m. at The Striffler-Hamby Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Donald Boyd and the Rev. Tina Deese officiating. Burial will follow at Shadowlawn Cemetery. The gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday, April 3, 2018, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
