Lynda Ann Whitley, age 67, of LaGrange, passed away on May 14, 2018, after she spending Mothers Day with her sons. She was born on March 26, 1952, to the late, Rubben Morgan and Stella Himmings Morgan of Columbus.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Whitley Sr.; son, Chad Whitley; brothers, David Morgan and Roy Morgan; sisters, Pamela McClellan and Dorothy Smith. Survivors include her sons, Anthony Whitley (Sharon), Mark Whitley, Charles Edward Whitley, Jr. (Janelle); sisters, Patricia Ellis (Jimmy); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; extended family and friends. 

The family will have visitation from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16, 2018, at the Higgins LaGrange Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 17, 2018, starting at noon at the Higgins LaGrange Chapel with the Rev. Dennis Harmon officiating.

Interment will follow at Restlawn Memory Gardens.
