Rashard Akeem Staples passed away Wednesday. He was born Oct. 5, 1990, in LaGrange, Georgia, to Patrice Staples and the late Tony Phillips.

He graduated from Troup High School, class of 2013.

Survivors include his mother, Patrice Stales; aunt, Hattie Staples; three brothers, Regeil (Hillary) Staples, D’Lon (Shandrika) Staples and Marcus Staples; sister, Shamara Parsons (Demontae Hicks); three nephews, two nieces and special cousins.

The service will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Advent Lutheram Church.

The family will be at their home at 124 E Crovat Street.
