Barnell Talley, age 59, and born Aug. 18, 1958, of 173 Leonard Road, LaGrange, Georgia, died Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2018, at the Pruitt Health Care in Franklin, Georgia.  The family will receive friends at her home.  Funeral arrangements will be announced later by West Georgia Mortuary.
