Mrs. Mozell Strickland Reid passed away Friday.

She was born Jan. 22, 1942, in Glenn, Georgia, to the late Rev. Joe Mitchell and Cleave Broom Strickland. 

She united with Stateline Baptist Church, and later Antioch Baptist Church. She graduated from Heard High School, class of 1960, and retired from Walmart Transportation Center. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Stars.

Survivors include three daughters, Yvette (Sonny Boy) McCamey, Suzette (Charles Leonard) Reid, Tiffena Jones, all of LaGrange, Georgia; 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; godchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The service will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Bethlehem Baptist Church.

The family will be at their home at 1212 Paxton Street.
