Jacobi Vanessa Kelley Ferrell passed away Wednesday.

She was born Dec. 20, 1956, in LaGrange, Georgia to the late, Mr. Henry L. Kelley Sr. and Mrs. Amey Watkins Kelley.

She united with Rising Grove Missionary Baptist Church; graduated from LaGrange High School, class of 1974; and retired as an in-home senior caregiver.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Ferrell, LaGrange, Georgia; three brothers:  Leroy Kelley, Sr., College Park, Georgia; the Rev. Henry (Betty) Kelley Jr., LaGrange, Georgia; and Clinton Kelley, Sr., College Park, Georgia; mother-in-law, Mrs. Corine Ferrell, LaGrange, Georgia; brothers-in-law, Jimmy (Nadine) Ferrell, Derick (LaShekia) Ferrell; sisters-in-law:  Jessie Mae Kelley, Sonya (Dan) Shackleford, Loretta (Marvin) McIntyre, Maxine (Rufus) Bailey, and Vickie (Willie) Traylor; aunts:  Willie Mae Cameron and Ada Ware; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors, and friends.

The service will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Rising Grove Baptist Church. The excellent care of Mrs. Ferrell is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
