The City of LaGrange is alerting residents to a road closure beginning this week.

The road at the curve between Paxton Street and Robertson Street will be closed for utility work in preparation for the Greenville Street bridge replacement.

Temporary barriers will be placed beyond the driveways of the last houses on both Paxton Street and Robertson Street.

Electric crews began relocation work Tuesday.

Water and gas crews plan to begin relocation work later this month.
