Mr. Billy Ray Baker, age 66, passed away on Aug. 26, 2018, in South Carolina.

He was born on May 02, 1952, to the late Harold Baker and Ruth Savage Baker in Fort Hood, Texas. Mr. Baker proudly served his country in the United States Army and worked as a crane operator for Fluor Daniel Construction for over 25 years.

Survivors include his daughter, Tracy Munoz; grandsons, Javier Munoz, Alexander Munoz; brothers, Jim Baker, Richard Baker; sisters, Ann Tollerson, Peggy Hyatt; extended family and friends.
