The voice students of LaGrange Piano, under the direction of Mrs. Allie Crawford, performed a Christmas program for the residents at Vernon Woods on Dec. 2, according to a press release. 

Decked out in holiday sweaters and reindeer headbands the students — Ally Skipworth, Taylor Bain, Cadence Seymour, Elsie Higgins, Emma Cook, Kalan Rang and Anna Bain — took turns singing solos, duets and group numbers to a packed house of seniors. The residents smiled and sang along to holiday favorites like “White Christmas” and “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.” After singing the students walked around and greeted the residents, who all said they were looking forward to their next performance. 

“I loved getting to see them use their talents to bring joy to others. All the residents said they can’t wait to have them back. I know I’m already looking forward to the next time,” said Allie Crawford.
