Pure Life Studios will host Sarah Potenza at Pure Life Studios Saturday at 7:30 p.m. 

After years of touring with her band Sarah & The Tall Boys, Sarah Potenza was chosen over 50,000 candidates to appear on The Voice. Judge Pharrell Williams’ reaction to Potenza’s on-air audition gave viewers a pretty good idea of the level of talent. 

Potenza left the show as a top 20 finalist then headed to Nashville, where she quickly integrated into the local music scene, becoming a staple at the Bluebird Café and the globally broadcast Music City Roots program. She continues to earn raves for her voice, which blends roots, rock and soul.

“Sarah and her husband, Ian, were here back in March of 2018 and put on an incredible show,” said Maggie McDonald, the owner and operator of Pure Life Studios. “She is a storyteller, singer, songwriter who is just bad to the bone. We had a great crowd, and I expect it to be packed this time around too.”

The concert will be held at Pure Life Studios, an acoustic listening room, located at 206 Clark St. in the Hillside Neighbor of LaGrange. doors open at 7 p.m. and music starts at 7:30 p.m. The concert is $20 (cash only at the door) or visit Purelifelagrange.com to secure your ticket.
