There are four teams left standing in the GISA Class A state tournament, and the LaGrange Academy Warriors are one of them.
LaGrange Academy eased past visiting Twiggs Academy 78-46 on Wednesday to advance to the state semifinals.
LaGrange Academy’s opponent will be rival Flint River Academy.
Those two teams will face off on Saturday at 8 p.m. at Georgia Southwestern in Americus.
If LaGrange Academy wins that game, it will play for the state championship on Feb. 23.

It was a three-point game when Christen Copeland scored to give the Warriors a 27-22 lead.
That was the start of a 17-4 run that gave LaGrange Academy a 41-26 lead at the half.
The Warriors continued to pull away in the second half, and they led by as many as 30 points in the third quarter.
Copeland had a big game for the Warriors with 26 points, with 13 of those points coming in the second quarter.
Riley Hess added 14 points, and he made a pair of 3-pointers.
Terence Broaden also had 14 points for the Warriors.
