Mrs. Patricia Ann Matthews McDaniel, age 73, of LaGrange, passed away on April 21, 2019 WellStar West Georgia Medical Center.  Mrs. McDaniel was born on March 25, 1946 in LaGrange to the late Velmer Price Matthews and Lois Knott Matthews.  Mrs. McDaniel began playing the piano and organ at the age of 12 and for over 60 years has faithfully led in church music.  For many of those years, she had the opportunity to be side by side with her husband Clifford as she presented music from the organ and he from the piano.  She retired as an Executive Assistant with Milliken.  Survivors include her husband, Clifford Ray McDaniel; sons, Shane McDaniel (Tara) and Shannon McDaniel; grandchildren, Hunter McDaniel and Presley McDaniel; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.  Services for Mrs. McDaniel will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the Roper Heights Baptist Church.  Family will receive friends on Friday at the church beginning at 1:00 pm.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.higginsfuneralhomes.com.  Higgins LaGrange Chapel, 706-884-7117.
