The Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Marvin Kindle of LaGrange will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the South Park Avenue Church of Christ.   Brother David Kimmons will officiate. 

Mr. Kindle, a native of Thomaston, Georgia, was born June 15, 1937 to the parents of Jerry Kindle Sr. and Aline Dawson.  He received his education in the Boston School System and later attended various technical schools.  He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force and retired in 2006 as a plumber with the Newark Board of Education.   He was a member of the South Park Avenue Church of Christ.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Minnie; three step-children, Donnie (Sheba), Gary, Shereta (Omar); his sister, Helen Chiles (Walter); grandchildren: Tierra Dinkins (Ibn), Brittany Caldwell, Jay Winbush (Megan), Niya Calloway, Almar Alston, Carlos Gonzalez, Ashley Gonzalez, Tyler Nesbitt and Destinee Nesbitt, Tanasha Starks, Linai Blackmon, Omar Rackley, Kailah Rackley, Gary Dennis Jr., Gyasi Dennis and Tahair Starks.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Kindle Jr.; and previous wife, Hattie Kindle, who bore him four children, Karen and Pamela (Hubert), Lettie Gonzalez-Foley, Bruce (Nicole) Jones.

The family will be at their home at 82 Salem Road and will receive friends at the church on Monday from 10A.M. until the funeral hour.
