Mr. Billy Adams, age 85, of LaGrange, passed away on June 29, 2019.  Mr. Adams was born on April 15, 1934, in LaGrange to the late John Adams and Pauline Vaughn Adams. 

He faithfully served his country in the United States Navy for over 20 years, later working for the City of LaGrange in the water treatment operations.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded by children, Donald Steve Adams, Linda Joanne Adams and Dennis William Adams; and his siblings, Colonel Adams and his wife Sweety, Rosie Thompson and her husband Jay and Mozell Baker and her husband Chester. Survivors include his wife (married in 1956), Margaret Gilley Adams; children, Georgia Curry (Wayne), Timothy James Adams, Robert Wayne Adams (Rose Lee) and Laura Ann Burton; brother, Jimmy Adams (Sheila); 12 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and extended family.
