John Cameron passed away Wednesday. He was born August 1, 1939 in Troup County, Georgia to Annie Doris Edmondson and Asberry Camron. John was educated by LaGrange City Schools and retired from Stran Steele Company.

Survivors include his wife, Marie Cameron; daughter, Katina Cameron; sons,   Jesse Johnson, and Seth Johnson; several grandchildren, and great grandchildren; brothers, David Earl Poythress and John Poythress; and a host of relatives, family, and friends.

The Service will be Monday at 12:00 p.m. at Southview Cemetery. The family will be at their home at 100 Oak Lane.
