Rochelle Williams Rutland, 81, of LaGrange, GA passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at the Florence Hand Home.

Rochelle was born July 19, 1938 in Troup County, GA to the late Lewis C. Bonner and Inez Dukes Hale. She was a member of Plant City Baptist Church in Valley, AL and worked a number of years at Kay Jewelry. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Joe V. Williams, Jr. and George Rutland; daughter, Pam Williamson; and brothers, Ronnie Bonner and Tommy Hale.

Survivors include her children, Paula and Jerry Knight, Joey and Janelle Williams; son-in-law, Larry Williamson; step-children, Carol and Tom Bennett, Arlene and Leon Weathers, Joan and Byrd Worthy, Jane and Manuel Rodriguez; 11 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; other relatives and friends.

The Gathering of Family and Friends will be 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the funeral prior to the service. The Funeral Services will be Saturday, July 27, 2019 at noon in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary with Rev. Brad Reed officiating. Burial will follow in Meadoway Gardens.
