Two injured in motorcycle crash

A man and woman were airlifted to nearby a hospital Saturday morning after crashing a motorcycle on Alton Drive, according to a press release from LaGrange Police Department.

At approximately 6 a.m. on Saturday, LPD responded to reports of a man with multiple injuries, later identified as one of the victims, banging on the door of a house on Alton Street.

LPD said that upon arriving on scene they noticed a black motorcycle had crashed into a vehicle on the street.

According to the press release, the driver was traveling east on the street and failed to maintain his lane, left the roadway and crashed into a parked 2009 Lincoln vehicle. The driver and the passenger were the thrown from the motorcycle and received multiple injuries.
