Shots fired on Brenda Boulevard

A man was shot in the leg Tuesday night around 8 p.m. on Brenda Boulevard, according to a press release from the LaGrange Police Department.
“At this point what we know is that the victim was working on his car in his front yard,” said LPD Sgt. William Nelson. “A car with unknown people drove by and shots were fired.”
According to Nelson, there were approximately two or more people in the vehicle when the shots were fired. The victim was shot in the leg and transported to WellStar West Georgia Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
A press release from LPD described the suspect as a black male with a medium complexion and Nelson said that the vehicle was possibly a grey or gold Sedan.
