Mrs. Barbara Ann Shaw, of LaGrange, passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at the Florence Hand Home.  She was born on December 30, 1933 in Roanoke, Alabama to the late Bryan Landers and Carrie Lee Jones Landers.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Shaw is preceded in death by her brothers, Jimmy Landers and Albert Landers.

Mrs. Shaw is survived by her son, Jerry S. Shaw (Loretta); her daughters, Cheryl Hester, Suzanne Shaw (April), and Lynn Hale (Tony); her grandchildren, Jennifer Hammond (William), Amber Hale, Malorie Hester, Taylor Lawhorn (Jesse), and Sam Shaw; her great grandchildren, Foster Lawhorn and Savannah Hammond.

A Memorial Service celebrating the life of Mrs. Barbara Ann Shaw will be held at Higgins LaGrange Chapel, 100 Corporate Plaza Drive, LaGrange GA 30241, on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 6 p.m.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4 p.m. until service time.  Pastors Jimmy McMillian and Paul Blair will officiate the service.  In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that donation be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.  Higgins LaGrange Chapel, 706-884-7117
