Mrs. Barbara Kay Poledor 82, passed away Friday, September 13, 2019 at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center. Mrs. Poledor was born August 11, 1937 in Akron, Ohio to the late Raymond Jesse and Catherine Hull. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James Andrew Poledor; her son, Jimmy Poledor; and grandson, James Raymond Poledor, Jr.

Mrs. Poledor was a Registered Nurse having worked at Crawford Long Hospital in Atlanta before moving to LaGrange. She loved her family and had three very special names, Mama, Grammy and Great-Grammy.

Mrs. Poledor is survived by her daughter, Kathy Lear and son-in-law, John Lear; her son, Ricky Poledor; two grandsons, John Camron Lear II and David Tyler Lear; five great-grandchildren, Jordan James Poledor, Tristan Lear, Mackenzie Carter, Bradley Gunner Poledor and Melanie Lear. Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Striffler-Hamby followed by A Celebration of Life Service at 4 p.m. Saturday 21, 2019 in Striffler-Hamby Chapel.
