LaGrange police officers responded to a call Friday afternoon, in reference to a man who had been robbed inside of the second-hand store, Furniture Shed, on Dix Street. 

“They stole an undisclosed amount of money and a Playstation game device,” said LPD Detective John Slonaker. “The victim was the owner.”

When LPD arrived to the scene, the victim stated that he had been robbed by two black males who entered that location and produced a handgun. 

The suspects were described as black males, approximately 5-foot-10 in height with slim builds, wearing blue jeans and white t-shirts. 

Slonaker said the victim was not injured during the alleged armed robbery.
