Mr. Michael Felton Harper, age 69, of LaGrange, passed away on December 2, 2019 at the WellStar West Georgia Medical Center.  Mr. Harper was born on April 22, 1950 in LaGrange to the late Homer Felton Harper and Betty Jo Mitchell Harper.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Mitch Harper and Ben Harper.  Survivors include his wife of forty- four years, Neila Palmer Harper; sons, Miles Harper, Randall Harper and his wife Staci and Neil Harper; grandchildren, Harleigh Harper, R.J.
