Joan Carole Presley passed away Tuesday.

She was born June 23, 1956 to the late Earl Lee Presley and Frances Ringer Presley. She was educated in the Troup County School System, and was a 1974 Honor Graduate of LaGrange High School; and was a graduate of West Georgia State University, Carrollton, Georgia. Her career incorporated employment as a Social Worker for the Carroll County Training and Development Center and Troup County Magistrate Court.

Survivors include her son, Jonason Ringer Holland, Villa Rica, Georgia; Jonason’s father, Bennie (Alice) Holland, Carrollton, Georgia; three granddaughters and one grandson; siblings:  Mrs. Angela Presley (Pastor C. J.) Smith; Rory Presley, Kevin Presley, Milwaukee, Wisconsin,

Jacqueline Presley Cractic, Phoenix, Arizonia, Shonna Banks, Montgomery, Alabama, Johnathan Johnson, Hattiesburg, Mississippi; Monica Presley (Clinton) Betties, Theodore, Alabama, Earl Presley, Mobile, Alabama and Jamey West, Bayou La Batre, Alabama; uncle and aunt  Willie Douglas and Stephanie Ringer, LaGrange ;and additional special cousins, friends, and caregivers.

The Service will be Thursday at 12 p.m. at Confidence Baptist Church.
