A woman was shot in the back after an incident in the area of Union Street and Dix Street on Saturday morning.

According to a press release from the LaGrange Police Department, two subjects began shooting at each other, and the victim was shot in the process at approximately 2:46 a.m. Saturday. The victim was transported to a medical facility outside of LaGrange for treatment and was treated and released.
