Mary Jo (affectionally called Mae Jo) Billingslea of West Point passed away Jan. 15, 2020, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Mary Jo was born April 16,1935 in LaFayette  to the late Isaac Billingslea & Mary Hill. She attended school at Lanier High School.

She spent a lifetime creating great food for people of the Valley AND the surrounding area. 

She leaves seven children to cherish her love & memories… Walter “Log” Roberts, Bobby Roberts, Johnny “Popcorn” Roberts, Margie Roberts-Simmons, Danny Roberts, Craig Roberts  and Kay ”Ann”Jarretta-Sackor.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sun. Jan. 26, 2020, at St. John Baptist Church 820 Cherry Drive, Lanett, Alabama. Inurnment will follow.

In lieu of food and visits … please send all donations, flowers and acknowledgements to St. John Baptist Church Saturday, Jan. 25 between hours of 10 a.m. and noon and Sunday, Jan. 26.
