Emma Jean Truitt Scott

Mrs. Emma Jean Truitt Scott, 76, of 212 Cooley Road died Friday, May 8, 2020, at her home. Mrs. Scott a native of LaGrange, was the daughter of the late Walter H. Truitt and Ovie Lee Truitt. 

She was a graduate of East Depot High School and a retired school teacher with the Meriwether and Troup County School Systems. 

Viewing for Mrs. Emma Scott will be held on Friday, May 15, 2020, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at West Georgia Mortuary. Private Graveside services will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2020, at noon at Meadoway Gardens.
