COVID-19 UPDATE: Troup County cases increase by 44, two more deaths recorded

Troup County saw its total cases of COVID-19 increase by 44 on Friday, up to 1,277 overall.
Two more people in the county have also died from COVID-19, bringing the death toll to 31, according to the Georgia Department of Public Health. Hospitalizations went up six to 137 in Friday’s update.
