LaGrange police charge man with five car break-ins

The LaGrange Police Department has charged a man with five counts of entering auto, all that occurred in one month on the same block, according to an LPD press release.

Michael McCamey, 50, was arrested and charged on Aug. 29 with one count for an incident that occurred in the 600 block of Borton Street. According to the release, since that arrest police have gained information showing McCamey was responsible for five other thefts between Aug. 6 and Aug. 21.

Additional warrants were issued on Sept. 18.
