Pastor Elizabeth Blocker Beck

1944-2020

Pastor Elizabeth Blocker Beck passed away Thursday.

She was born the daughter of the late Willie Wiley Blocker and Ester Doby Blocker, on July 15, 1944, in Aiken, South Carolina.

“Sister” was a Licensed Cosmetologist, and was employed by the Department of Public Health until 1985.

 She was serving as Pastor of The Bible and You Mission, Inc. in Hogansville, Georgia.

Survivors include her daughter, Elizabeth Louise Beck-Payne (Ronald) of Hogansville, Georgia; granddaughter, Mikell Elizabeth Edwards, College Park, Georgia; brother, Minister Willie Edward Blocker (Eartha), Aiken, South Carolina; nieces, nephews, and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

The service will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at The Bible and You Mission, Hogansville.

The excellent care of Pastor Beck is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
