Mitzi Yvonne Wallace (Pearsall), 66, of Locust Grove went to be with our Lord at 5:15 AM, Saturday, Jan. 30, 2021 at West Georgia Hospice in LaGrange, Georgia. 

She was born April 28, 1954 in LaGrange, Georgia to Howard and Edna Carrington Pearsall. 

She is survived by her husband, Jerome “Jeff” Wallace of Rex, Georgia.  Also surviving are her brother Howard Loeb “Sonny” Pearsall, Jr. of Lawrenceville, Georgia; Two sons, Shenan (Megan) Dixon of Locust Grove, Georgia and Timothy (Jenna) Wallace of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee; Two daughters, Angela (Michael) Redmon of Grayson, Georgia and Kimberly (Ethen) Wise of Lafayette, Indiana; “Danie” to her Six grandchildren, Jason Dixon, Austin Redmon, Avery Redmon, Daymien Dixon, Lacie Wallace and TJ Wallace; One great-grandson, Kayden Redmon; Two nephews, James (Janet) Pearsall of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Chip (Tara) Pearsall of Jefferson, Georgia and several cousins whom she loved and was loved by dearly.

She was preceded in death by both parents, Howard and Edna C. Pearsall and sister, Kay Pearsall.

Mitzi was a long time resident of Decatur, Georgia where she lived since leaving her childhood hometown of LaGrange, Georgia as a toddler. 

She loved celebrating holiday feasts with family and picking up KFC for large family picnics at Stone Mountain; a true social butterfly.

She delighted in her travels to the beach as well as the mountains; she had an adventurous spirit.

Mitzi was a Christian by faith; her love for the Lord Jesus was very strong in her heart.
