Mr. David L. Hunt, 58, of LaGrange, passed away on Feb. 17, 2021. 

Mr. Hunt was born on Dec. 21, 1962, in LaGrange to Gene Allen Hunt and Minnie Ruth Roberts Hunt.  His father preceded him in death.   

Upon graduating from Troup County High School, he continued his education and received a B.A. Degree in business from LaGrange College.  Mr. Hunt was the Co-Owner of Mr. Greenjeans Sanitation Services and was retired from the City of LaGrange.  He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. 

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Kathy Harvey Hunt; children, McKenzie Hunt and Camryn Hunt Bunn (Tyler); brother, Allen Hunt (Patti); sister, Diana Hunt Mitchell (Mark); extended family and a host of friends. 

Funeral services will be held on Friday, Feb. 19, 2021, at 2 p.m. at the Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter Allen Myhand.  Interment will follow at Shadowlawn Cemetery.  Family will receive friends on Friday at the funeral home beginning at 1 p.m.
