1952 – 2022

Mrs. Patricia Linda Kight Ashe passed away on Feb. 22, 2022.  Mrs. Ashe was born on Oct. 16, 1952, in Greenville, South Carolina, to the late Carl Simmons Kight and Ruth Naomi Kight. 

Upon graduating from high school, she attended the University of Georgia, graduating with a Bechelor’s Degree.  Family was very important to Mrs. Ashe and she took great pride in caring for the needs of her family.  She was a dedicated member of the Western Heights Baptist Church.  Survivors include her children, Rebekah C. Warren (Byron), Robert Ashe (Sue), Rose Ashe and Robin Ashe; grandchildren, Daniel and Tyler Coker, Destiny Taylor (Becca), Jacob and James Warren, Dustin Shepherd and Kyleigh McDaniel; great-grandchild, Elana Coker; extended family and friends.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 25, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Western Heights Baptist Church.  Family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6 p.m. at the funeral home.  Interment will follow the funeral service at the Flat Shoals Salem Road Baptist in Pine Mounatin.
