All-Region teams: LaGrange and Troup dominate region 4-AAAA squads

The region 4-AAAA all-region team is chock full of Troup Tigers and LaGrange Grangers.
The Tigers had seven players named to the All-Region team as well as the region player of the year — Taeo Todd — athlete of the year — Qua Moss — and coach of the year — Tanner Glisson. Qua Birdsong earned first team honors on the defensive line, Javair Fannin was named one of the first team linebackers while Tray Blackmon and Noah Dixon were named two of the first team defensive backs. The Tigers also had a second team linebacker in Tyler Leslie.
On offense, Logan Sinkfield was named as a first team wide receiver and Isaiah Hall earned a spot on the first team offensive line.
The Grangers had 14 players make the various All-Region teams. Parker Shattuck earned first team honors along the defensive line. He was the only Granger to make the first team defense, but five — Christian Ceja (K), Denorayon Reid (DB), JT Burks (LB), JD McCutcheon and Tawson Partin (DL) — made the second team.
Jaylan Brown (QB, Magic Johnson (WR), AJ Tucker (RB), Jycel Mosley (OL), and Jayden White (OL) earned first team All-Region spots on offense. Jaylon Jordan (WR), Kelijah Parks (OL), and J’Arthur Dunn joined them on the second team offense as representatives of the Grangers.
