Bounce back. After suffering their first loss last time out — a 61-58 loss to one of the top team in the state of Alabama in Valley — the Callaway boys basketball team dominated McNair 73-44 on Tuesday.

The first quarter was a dogfight that the Cavaliers were able to escape with a six point lead. From there, the Cavaliers poured it on and took a double-digit lead into the halftime break and never looked back.

The scoring was spread out among a whopping 12 different scorers. Exavious Reed led the way with 15 points. Jayden Edwards was second on the team with 12 points and NaTorrius Truitt had 10 to round out the Cavaliers, who scored in double figures on the night.

Callaway is off to a 3-1 start to the season and are a perfect 3-0 in region play. The Cavaliers will be back on their home court on Friday against Landmark Chrisitan.
