Mrs. Deborah Jean Randall Jackson passed away Monday.
She was born to the union of the late George Randall and Pressious Harris Randall on Sept. 17, 1951, in St. Louis, Missouri.
Shortly after her birth, the family moved to Detroit, Michigan where she attended the Detroit Public Schools and graduated from Chadsey High School.
She received her Associate’s Degree in Education from the Southern Union Community College; and then went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude at LaGrange College where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education in 1995.
Mrs. Jackson served faithfully in many capacities at Bethlehem Temple and at Dawson Street Christian School.
Survivors include her husband, Bishop Albert C. Jackson, Jr.; children: Antoinette (Clarence) Gray, David (Tabitha) Jackson, Angela Jackson, Michael Jackson, Deborah Jackson, Juanita Jackson, Raymond Jackson, Steven (TaShay) Jackson, Nicole (Alife) Morgan, Cherie Jackson; daughter-in-love, Tracey Jackson; twenty-four grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; siblings: Arnetia Henderson, Sharon Randall Pettway, Gwendolyn Randall Pinkston, DeShan James, Frederick James, and John Edward James; sisters-in-law: Pauline Cotton and Julie baker; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, her Church Family, and her Christian School Alumni.
The service will be Saturday at 1 P.M. in the Sanctuary of Bethlehem Baptist Church.
The excellent care of Mrs. Jackson is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
