After claiming the region 4-4A championship and putting together an outstanding season as a team, the individual accolades are now pouring in for the LaGrange boys soccer team. 

LaGrange had four players make the region 4-4A all-region team — goalkeeper Reese Lester, defender Jan Alvarado, midfielder David Knight and forward Jordan Bryant. These four players were joined on the team by two players from Troup — defenders Chris Moore and Bryan Villatoro. 

The accolades did not stop there for Bryant and Knight, who were named the co-players of the year for the region. While Knight came into the season as a favorite to claim the award, Bryan enjoyed a breakout year to join him in the honors.

LaGrange’s individual accolades did not stop at players. Coach Shane Pulliam won coach of the year for the region.
