Mrs. Mattie Kate Mullins passed away Thursday.

She was born to the late Charles King and Mattie Russell Dunlap on Aug. 25, 1933, in Chipley, Georgia.

She joined Bethany Baptist Church at an early age, and was previously employed by  Callaway Gardens and Days Inn of Pine Mountain, Georgia.

Survivors include her daughter, Virginia Thompson, Pine Mountain, Georgia; eight grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren;  one brother, Willie Frank (Christine) Dunlap, LaGrange, Georgia; two sisters:  Leila Pearl and Mae Will, both of Pine Mountain, Georgia; and a host of family and friends.

The Service will be Wednesday at 1 P.M. at Bethany Baptist Church.

The excellent care of Mrs. Mullins is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
