LaGrange Police are investigating an incident where a business was shot up on Whitesville St., allegedly targeting a teen out front.

Late Wednesday night, about 11:37 p.m., officers with the LaGrange Police Department responded to the 800 block of Whitesville St. in reference to gunshots fired in the area.

Officers arrived and determined that an argument and a gunfire exchange occurred outside, resulting in shots being fired into an occupied business.

According to police, the preliminary investigation has shown that a 19-year-old male subject was present and allegedly shot at during the incident.

Two other victims were in the unnamed business when the shooting occurred.

No injuries were reported from the incident.

This incident is still under active investigation by the LaGrange Police Department Criminal Investigation Section.
