Mrs. Ela Elaine “Kitty” Williams passed away Friday.

She was born Nov. 21, 1950, daughter of the late Mr. Willie Haywood “Hoop” Gates, Sr. and Mrs. Lorene Huzzie Gates in Troup County, Georgia.

Survivors include her husband, Norman Williams, Greenville, Georgia; son, Christopher Lapaul (Tina) Huzzie, LaGrange, Georgia; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; a brother, Willie H. Gates, Atlanta, Georgia; an uncle, Larry Huzzie, LaGrange, Georgia; aunts:  Virginia (Charlie) Watkins, LaGrange, Georgia; Susie Schley, Jacksonville, FL; Florence Ragland, Mountville, Georgia; and a host of relative and friends.

The Service will be Wednesday at 11 A.M. at Southview Cemetery.

The excellent care of Mrs. Williams is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
